What People Are Saying About Releasit:

I got in a supply of Rick's product yesterday, today I used it in a beauty parlor I do quarterly. Direct glue down nylon commercial stuff.

Several deposits of lotions spilled on the carpet making black dots to blob sizes, the owner specifically pointed out to me. I wanted to see how effective the Releasit was, so did not pre-spot these areas. Whaddya know. They all came out without any spotter, just buzzed over them.

Overall carpet looked good, including the pretty heavily soiled 2 x 3 matching carpet foot-wiper at the front door.

I think you are onto something here, Rick!!

Congratulations to you Rick !
We have put Releasit to the test now on one residential, and two commercial carpets. The Tea Tree Oil really gives a great scent, and my customers Say " Wow what's that scent"?

Foam, Wow as much as you could want or as little depending on the controlled conditions. Cleaning ability is as good as your top competitor. It really kicks butt! In fact I wanted to do at least three jobs before I would post my results. Last, but not least, I must tell you, that I have tested the following products in the glass, Spin Vac, Bridgeport, Crystal Dry, & Premium Blend. Releasit will break away from the glass and produce the crystal where others will cling. I knew you would have to shine in this area since that was your ruler as a final result.

Final results are that I have always ranked Crystal Dry & Spin Vac as my best, But now I will give Releasit a notch above Spin Vac, and equal to Crystal Dry. Not to worry because I can't afford Crystal Dry as my main product.

You did good Rick, you have a lot to be proud of. If I didn't believe in it I simply would not have responded with a post. You and your customers will do great with Releasit!

After Releasit dried in a glass to crystals, I added water back to the crystals. The crystals dissolved back to liquid. I have tested other products which take way to long to dissolve, and one product never did. It just clung to the glass under water. That was a little scary and could be a future problem. To me this is very important to know that Releasit will actually release from the fiber as intended. Good name Rick! Now I also know that I can completely remove the product via normal steaming cleaning if I ever elect to.

I do this facility every 6 months and this time I used Releasit. This is a lightly soiled level loop olefin. The results were outstanding and I cleaned it in the fastest time yet. There was a hint of tea tree oil that lingered and I just felt healthier as I went to the next job. I have also encapped several rugs with the Cimex and Releasit, both olefin and nylon with excellent results. The counter rotating heads makes it very easy to clean small rugs.

We haven't used them all but Releasit is the best so far. We have "cleaned" a number of very soiled carpets with this product and the results were SPECTACULAR!

Thanks Rick! I just checked out a job I did just before Christmas Eve at an oil delivery company. As you can imagine, the carpets were trashed. This was the job I was waiting on for the Releasit and Fiberplus pads. I put the job off for a week until they got here. The carpet came out almost like new. The manager there says he has had several other people try to clean it to no avail. After truckmounts for the last ten years and padding the last year, I can see how most of my commercial cleaning will be going. And this was without the Cimex, now I need to boost sales so that I need to boost production.

Had a couple guys who have worked with us a long time use Releasit today in a large law firm (300,000 sq ft) we did lunch room and a few conference rooms. Used 175 rpm roto with white 3M pad. We did a roto and extract in lunch room to see how it worked compared to our regular shampoo. Worked great! Did just Roto in other rooms. Turned out very good. They both liked odor. Now the one guy is kind of a "greeny" and I figured he would go for the Tea Tree Stuff but never did I think the red neck type guy would go for it but he did too! Keep up the good work Rick!
