When Encap-Clean DS™ dries it forms one of the best releasing crystals in the industry. A brittle crystal is produced that can be extracted from the fiber with routine vacuuming.

Releasit® Encap-Clean DS™ Contains Tea Tree Extract:
Tea Tree has wonderful sanitizing properties, however it would require a higher concentration of Tea Tree oil than we are using to accomplish true sanitizing. What we do have is a nice, fresh, clean, healthy scent. The Tea Tree aroma is wonderful. The Melaleuca extract imparts a light scent to the carpet. As you clean with Encap-Clean™ DS the room is filled with a light clean, natural fragrance – not overpowering.

How safe is Releasit® Encap-Clean DS™?
Encap-Clean DS™ is very safe to use. The only ingredient that's even required to be listed on an MSDS sheet is Isopropyl Alcohol (and that evaporates away). Encap-Clean DS™ has a near neutral pH in its diluted form. So Encap-Clean DS™ is safe to use for cleaning synthetic fiber, most wool, and any other fiber that can be exposed to water.

What does it mean if a product earns the Seal of Approval?

It means the product is considered to be a superior performer because many of the products that are tested are actually ineffective. So, The Seal is meant to distinguish superior carpet cleaning products from those that do not remove stains or soil and that may even harm the carpet’s appearance or performance.

What about pre-spray product testing?

For pre-spray and in-tank products, the independent testing lab applies each cleaner to uniformly soiled carpet according to the manufacturers’ instructions. The difference in soil level between the cleaned sample and the control (cleaned with water) is rated instrumentally, and by a panel of independent technicians. Next, synthetic soils are applied to the cleaned carpet samples, which are then reevaluated to test the rate of resoiling.

What are the testing criteria?

Each cleaning product is tested according to the manufacturer’s instructions by three trained, independent technicians. They test for overall effectiveness, rate of resoiling, pH, optical brighteners and colorfastness to light. Plain water is used on an additional sample of stained carpet as a control.

Releasit® Encap-HydrOx™ is an e environmentally friendly product. It's formulated with a special peroxide-stable encapsulation polymer that crystallizes beautifully. Encap-HydrOx™ adds OXYGEN to the cleaning to loosen protein based soil and remove browning. Encap-HydrOx™ can be used in a wide variety of cleaning applications!

Releasit® Encap-HydrOx™ combines a highly effective hydrogen peroxide detergent blend with a special crystallizing polymer. The crystalizing polymer captures soil. Encapsulated residue that is left in the carpet following cleaning can be extracted from the carpet during the routine post-vacuuming process.

The unique crystallizing encapsulation polymer in Releasit® Encap-HydrOx™ resists re-soiling. The micro-encapsulated soil particles will not reattach to the carpet fiber. Carpets that are cleaned with Encap-HydrOx™ stay clean longer than with traditional detergents.

DIRECTIONS:
Shampoo Encap Method: Mix Encap-HydrOx™ at 10 oz per gallon of warm or hot water. Apply with a coarse tip sprayer or with a shower-feed solution tank. Scrub the carpet thoroughly making overlapping passes with a Cimex, rotary, or cylindrical brush machine. Rinsing is not required. Vacuum at the next scheduled vacuuming interval.

Traffic Lane Pre-Spray: Mix Encap-HydrOx™ at 12 oz per gallon. Apply with a pump or battery powered sprayer using a coarse spray tip. Apply a heavier amount in more soiled areas. Allow 5-10 minutes of dwell time.

Hot Water Extraction: Mix Encap-HydrOx™ at 1-2 oz per gallon in portable extractors. For truckmounts mix 1
quart per 5 gallons of stock solution.

Protein Spot Removal: Mix 1 part Encap-HydrOx™ with 3 parts water. Apply a liberal amount of the spotting mixture to the spot. Allow 5-10 minutes of dwell time. Blot with a towel. Rinsing is not normally required.

Browning Treatment: Mix Encap-HydrOx™ at 20 oz per gallon. Spray the affected area thoroughly. Allow 10 minutes of dwell time. Clean using minimal moisture, and dry the area quickly!

Upholstery Shampoo: Mix Encap-HydrOx™ at 10 oz per gallon of warm or hot water. Apply evenly using a coarse tip sprayer. Brush the fabric gently with a horse hair brush or equivalent SOFT bristled brush. Gently towel off the upholstery or extract with a clear water rinse.
